At POSTECH, we are committed to providing high-quality SaaS-based POS solutions that meet the needs of our customers. However, we understand that there may be situations where you require a refund or cancellation. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and returns are applicable.

1. Subscription Cancellation & Refund Policy

1.1 Free Trial & Evaluation

We offer a free trial period to allow customers to evaluate the features and functionality of POSTECH before making a purchase. We strongly encourage users to take advantage of this trial before subscribing to a paid plan.

1.2 Refund Eligibility

As POSTECH is a SaaS-based digital product, all subscription fees are non-refundable except under the following conditions:

  • If you were wrongly charged due to a technical error or billing issue on our end.
  • If you were billed after canceling your subscription before the next billing cycle.
  • If POSTECH fails to provide the core features promised in our service agreement.

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction date.

1.3 Non-Refundable Cases

  • Change of Mind: Refunds will not be issued if you decide not to use the service after purchase.
  • Partial Usage: If you have used the software for part of the billing cycle, you are not eligible for a refund.
  • Failure to Cancel Before Renewal: Customers are responsible for managing their subscription. Refunds will not be granted if you forget to cancel before the renewal date.
  • Account Suspension or Termination: If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions, no refund will be issued.

2. Plan Downgrade & Upgrade Policy

  • If you choose to upgrade your plan, the new pricing will be applied immediately, and you will be charged accordingly. No refunds will be issued for the unused portion of the previous plan.
  • If you choose to downgrade your plan, the changes will take effect in the next billing cycle. No partial refunds will be provided for the difference in pricing.

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact with us at admin@postech.live with the following details:

  • Your registered email address
  • Transaction ID or payment receipt
  • Reason for the refund request

Our team will review the request and respond within 5-7 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Changes to This Policy

POSTECH reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our website. We encourage users to review this policy periodically. Changes will be communicated via our website or email notifications.
